Do you wish to complain your employer for non-remittance of SSS premiums?

many employees are afraid to report their employer to SSS
the reason?  they may get laid off as a consequence of reporting the non-remittance

what you need to do is bring copies of your payslip showing that your employer has deducted sss contributions and ask sss for a print of your contributions that would show no contributions for that period.

that is sufficient proof for non-remittance.

For Employers in the Private Sector - including HouseHolder for Househelp or Kasambahay

Everyone is going online.  Makes thing easy.  Also, when you try to access SSS and you are going to do some sensitive transactions, make sure you are using  https,  not   http, okay?

SSS is now requiring employers to submit the Contribution Collection List (also called the R-3) through any electronic media - the most common being a flash drive, diskettes having fallen out of vogue.  CDs are acceptable especially since many inexpensive CDs are not rewriteable, and are thus safe from tampering.

Employers can also submit electronically, via the Internet with these simple steps:
1. Register at My.SSS  in the SSS website.  Click here to go to the SSS website
2. Follow the instructions for the Employer found on the Online Employer User ID Registration Page
3. Accomplish the online form

4. Click the Submit Button.
note:  the Click Button cannot be seen in the picture, but it is below the box.

when all that is done.
1. Log-in to the Employer account
2. Choose Transactions from the Main Menu
3. Click on the Submission of Contribution Collection List (R-3)
4.  Click on the link that mirrors what you want to do -
     4.1.  Download R-3 File Generator
     4.2.  Create Collection List Online
     4.3.  Upload Collection List
4.4.  Edit Previously Submitted Collection List
5.  Click on the specific "end" of your  trnnsaction
     5.1.  Save
     5.2.  Submit
     5.3.  Cancel

If there are concerns on this procedure, let me know and i shall try to inform the proper parties.
also, this is applicable to householder-cum-employer

Paying the SSS contribution for Household Help

If you have household help, you must pay the SSS contribution, employer share of your household help.  You are employers and they - your household help - are your employees.  Like any employer, you are liable for these payments.  That is, SSS can sue you, and can throw you in jail (but SSS is kind and if you pay, no jail time at all).

These are the SSS definitions -

Household Helper/ Househelper/ Kasambahay
Any person who renders domestic or household services exclusively to a Household Employer, who receives compensation for such services.
Example :  Family Driver, Babysitter, Gardener, Cook, Nursemaid or Yaya, Laundrywoman, ....

Household Employer
Any person who engages the services of a Household Helper, etc. and who actually pays compensation for such services.

Domestic or Household Services

Service rendered by the Household Helper, etc. in the Employer's home or other areas that the Household Employer may designate, which is usually necessary for the maintenance of the Employer's household, including ministering to the personal comfort and convenience of the household

Household
The immediate members of the family of the Household Employer including all occupants of the house that are directly provided services by the Household Helper, etc.

If you have been paying the SSS contributions using your SSS number, this is no longer correct.  All Household Employers must be issued Employer Numbers (ER#).  If you have not been issued this ER#, please ask the MAC staff to assist you.  Or you may click to email member relations or post a comment on your issues.  Remember to also ask that previous contributions be moved to your new ER number.  This is supposed to be automatic but it doesnt hurt to remind SSS.

If you are a new employer  you need to fill up these forms:
ER Registration Form (click for the requirements to process this form)
