FOR PRESIDENT AQUINO AND THE BIR

i want to ask why the working disabled is discriminated against by the government, most particularly the BIR

POSTULATE: 

The Government discriminates against the revenue-earning disabled.

PROOF:

The disabled already is burdened with his physical concerns, and many of them require medication, special equipment, or special treatment (physical therapy) .  SENIORS ENJOY A TAX-FREE DISCOUNT.  PWDS HAVE TO PAY TAX.

THOSE PWDS WHO ARE EARNING ARE TAXED IN THE SAME WAY AS REGULAR PERSONS.  THOSE WHO SUFFER NO DISABILITY.

CONCLUSION: 

THE GOVERNMENT IS DISCRIMINATING AGAINST THE DISABLED.
