tell me. is it fair and righteous if a group uses the rooms to practice presentations - make noise without asking the permission of all the individuals in the office. i say it is rudeness. very very rude.
even if it happens to be the upcoming anniversary of the institution.
making noise for the purpose of winning a contest is not sufficient reason for disturbing other peoples sans permission. who made this people who allowed the noise God? and poor people who have no choice but listen to the deafening noise of these individuals. this is not part of the work of the institution, and any practice should not disturb anyone else.
so why? what do you think of the person who allows this? without asking everyone if it is okay?
is this what the institution seeks in its supervisors or officers? one who is rude and discourteous??
my. my. what kind of institution is that? and a government institution at that?
and people talk so loud. so discourteous.
