You cant mutate into a Time Lord, so if you have any ambitions about being Doc ...(insert number here), the first you have to find where they hid their planet. It wasnt destroyed after all.... or was it.
the other way, more simple - at least to my mind - is to write - and leave footprints in the ether of digital wizardly. i have bits and pieces scattered in the internet.
