The SSS salary loan

requirements:

if you, the member - are the one filing - please bring your SSS-ID/UMID or otherwise bring 2 IDs 

eligibility -
for 1 month salary loan - 36 monthly contributions, 6 of which would have been in paid in the last 12 months prior to the loan, and for 2 months salary loan , member must have paid 72 contributions, with the same proviso.


if employed, employer must have an up-to-date SL-501 card.

So kung kayo mismo ang mag-aaply ng salary loan, eh dalhin nyo ang inyong SSS-ID/UMID o kaya dalawang ID na may retrato. Mas madali kung actibo kayong membro.

Per Circular 2012-11
Salary loans may be renewed upon payment of 50% of the loan, or when 50% of the loan term has passed, which ever is later

maximum amount is 24,000 and subject to interest and penalties.

  1. hi po...ask ko lang kahit employed and then ako mismo mag-apply ng salary loan need po ba tlga ng up-to-date SL-501 card? ung sa website po kasi ng sss sabi E6 form lng then valid ID's. mejo naguguluhan po kasi ako..thanks po

  2. the employer must have an up-to-date SL-501;
    remember, it is the employer who will remit your payments to SSS, so the employer should know about the loan -----

  3. hi po..question lang po kung pwede ako mg loan pero may hindi po ako nabayaran na contribution noong dec 2013 dahil nag resign ako pero nag resume po contribution ko noong jan 2014 my work na po ako..

  4. pwede po ba yun bayaran ko na lang po yung buwan na wala akong contribution tapos pwede po ba ako mag apply salary loan..?salamat po mam..

  5. Hi maam. Meron po akong loan na d nabayaran 2005 pa. Pwede po bang magloan kahit may old loan.

  8. ask ko lang po anu dapat gawin kasi kakaloan ko lang sa sss ko noon, after ilang months nagresign ako (5years and 6months ako sa dati kong work).. natigil ako magwork for 1year and 5months so wala po akong monthly contribution at di ko rin po nahuhulugan ang bayad ko sa sss loan ko. nagyon po magsisimula na uli ako magwork sa bago kong employer anu po ba ang dapat ko gawin para sa salary ko na lng dto po sa bago kong work ikaltas ang loan balance ko na di ko nahulugan.. may penalty po ba yun? thanks po.

  9. may penalty agad pag late ang bayad.
    maari kang pa-deduct sa bagong employer mo at dapat nga sabihin mo para d sila ma-bad shot sa sss. pakuha ka ng statement of account sa sss rep ng bagong employer mo

  10. hi po, magfifile po ako ng maternity loan. and one of the requirements is L-501. is it necessary po for me if i am not currently working now. and i already resigned to my previous employer? please advice.
